You can add an avatar image from your User Settings page.
I can't seem to find him.
I believe it has to do with his DH designation, but let me ask Ken about it.
Yes, the DraftStreet position source was not using DH as a position, but it is now. Sorry for missing that, and thanks for mentioning it.
