Have a guy interested in Cano, who's going for the title this year. Thinking of offering something like Cano/Greinke/Cain for Goldschmidt/Teheran/Hardy or Goldschmidt/Kluber/Hardy. Cano/Greinke are keepers for me now, and Goldschmidt/Teheran (or Kluber) would be after the trade.

Guessing the Teheran deal might be a hard sell. Is Kluber keeper-worthy and is the upgrade from Cano to Goldschmidt worth the downgrade from Greinke to Kluber? Kluber is a 22nd round pick and Greinke is a 6th rounder (you lose that round's pick in next year's draft). I'm definitely working to consolidate my keeper value in hitters rather than pitchers.

(Also have Buxton, Sano, J. Gray, and Appel as prospects)

Kluber in 22nd round is an awesome value, what round is Teheran taken in?

Teheran is an 11th round pick. First year of the league.

The Teheran deal might be a hard sell, but you risk nothing in offering it. Greinke is obviously a stud, and he gains more certainty in current season production relative to Teheran. I wouldn't look at this as your getting a massive upgrade in Goldy, which means you should get significantly less value elsewhere. If anything, Cano's premium position makes up for some of the gap in current production.
